I recently got my tires and wipers changed. The service center told me about a special buy 3 get one free tire. I asked the service center twice if the total at the end of my service would be 326 with taxe center told me about a special buy 3 get one free tire. I asked the service center twice if the total at the end of my service would be 326 with taxes included for just the tires. They assured it would be. Turns out when im checking out im paying out 80 for installation which i was never informed. Im very disappointed because they knew to leave that piece of information out if not they would have lost a sale. If they were able to inform me of the total cost to change my wipers they definitely could have been honest about the price of my tire service change. Truly disappointed as I feel scammed. I'm a registered nurse and my job is to advocate for patients how would you feel if I scammed you of your health service? Absolutely inhumanity and my very last time doing any deal with KIA. I will assure all my friends a family are aware of this situation. More

I came in to get an oil change. I requested high mileage full synthetic oil and after waiting almost 2 hours, I was told that the car was ready. When I was quoted 40 dollars, I knew something was wrong beca full synthetic oil and after waiting almost 2 hours, I was told that the car was ready. When I was quoted 40 dollars, I knew something was wrong because I was originally quoted 52 plus tax when I called to make my appointment. When I asked my service advisor if they used high mileage full synthetic oil he said no, no one told him that that was what I wanted. Maybe it was my mistake to expect the person I told to relay my request. When I called in, I requested this and expected the person who took my call would pass this on to the service department. They did redo the oil change, but then I found out that they only used BLENDED synthetic. The service manager ok'd my oil change to be "on the house" but I still didn't get what I wanted. I even gave them a second chance to get it right and returned with my second car. This time I made sure the service advisor (who was different this time) knew what I wanted, but they still used blended and when they completed the oil change they told me the cost was 75 dollars! I have gotten my oil changed at Crown Kia for over 5 years and it never cost more than 50. So in conclusion, I would not recommend this service center for oil changes. I paid a high price to find out I need to go elsewhere. More
