Lack of communication from the Service Department advising customers of how long their car will be at dealership for repairs & offering up alternative transportation. Thankful for the shuttle service, however the service staff ignores you when you come in and did not communicate with me well. I asked them to wash the car while it was there and they said sure and watch staff ignores you when you come in and did not communicate with me well. I asked them to wash the car while it was there and they said sure and watched him write it down, but when I picked it up it was not washed. I asked about it and they apologized and offered to do it then, but I was already needing to get back to work. More
