I was horrified to see not one employee at this dealership wearing a mask. Overall terrible experience. The car was kept longer than I was told as they don’t work on weekends & I was told that the rental would extend through the weekend when in actuality they overcharged me for the I was told as they don’t work on weekends & I was told that the rental would extend through the weekend when in actuality they overcharged me for the rental & charge me for the extra 2 to 3 days. Then when I picked up the car the work from the collision repair center was not completed. They did not replace one of the parts that I paid for and I also have to go back in a month to get a clearcoat on the rear passenger door. So overall pretty disgusted and not at all pleased. PROBLEM WITH NEW CAR I came in originally to have my Forte recalls done. While I was there I was walking around the lot and was offered to drive the new Seltos. I had the car for about 3 days when I was noticing that the gas gauge would be different everytime I got in the car. So I called Lokey and they told me to bring it in.
