Reservations I would never expect to have issues with something as simple as an oil change but we did. Apparently something(drain plug? This caused leaking, which wasn’t discovered until late afternoon when we discovered oil on our driveway. I headed right to the dealership only to discover that the master techs had gone for the day even though your hours show you are open til 7:30. Sean, an Express Oil Tech, stayed late and fixed the problem along with Chris, service provider. However, both asked us to bring our vehicle back in the morning. This would not have been a problem but we had planned to leave between 6:00-6:30 AM. to head for Canada because the borders were closing. We finally got away at 9:00. I would recommend with reservations! Chris and Sean represent you company very well. More
