Poor. Just wanted to make a sale ASAP. Double charged me on the dealer fee. I paid a dealer fee when I leased the car and they charged me again when I bought it after the lease. They got me financing through Wells Fargo a secondary lender when I have perfect credit. Received denial letters from several banks stating they rejected me due to no proof of income. Dealership was lazy and couldn't even provide all the information to get me a decent rate. More
