It could have been better. It took from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. and the car wasn't even vacuumed. Dan and Pernell are AMAZING! I was so nervous about buying a car. I was anxious about the possibility of encountering pushy salespeople or being persuaded to get something I didn’ I was so nervous about buying a car. Dan Miller was the first/only salesperson to approach us (after looking around the lot for a good 20 minutes). From the start it was like talking to an old friend. I felt like I could trust him. He really listened to what I wanted and what my goal was. I never once felt pressured! I found a car pretty quickly, and it wasn’t one I intended to even test drive (I did a LOT of research beforehand). Dan was patient when I had a momentary freak-out and thought I was making the wrong decision. He talked me through it and showed me other cars and gave me his honest opinion. I honestly can’t thank Dan enough for how amazing and real he was with both me and my husband. He is amazing at his job. And then we got to Pernell!!! I’m pretty sure my husband and Pernell are best friends now. The most intimidating part, the money part, was made so much easier because Pernell was so fun and easy to talk to. I would 100% recommend Lokey Kia to anyone! And especially Dan and Pernell. They took a situation that caused me a ton of anxiety and actually made it fun!! Thank you!!!!!! More

Overall was pleasant Although there is always the impossible chasm between what is originally ptesented as terms they are good about playing the game of barter.. And with this being our second new car purchase with Robert I'm certain that he expected our pushback. We left last time after 4 plus hours of barter. This visit only took 5.5 hours start to finish. Maybe my next go round will only take 3 hours LOL. All things considered, Robert and I think Ryan was his name actually did listen and did work with us to get what we wanted. I think everyone was satified in the end although we might have stuck it out for a slightly better deal. I'm happy. 'Nuf said. More
