Jason Gold for the win! I have used Lokey Kia in the past, and was on edge taking my Kia Soul in for service after past experiences. I ended up trading in for a Used Kia Spor I have used Lokey Kia in the past, and was on edge taking my Kia Soul in for service after past experiences. I ended up trading in for a Used Kia Sportage. If it wasn’t for Jason Gold, the Business Manager, I would not be recommending much about Lokey Kia. Jason was absolutely wonderful, especially when my sales guy stopped being helpful. Jason found everything I needed for the car that I didn’t have. He was very responsive and wasn’t kidding when he said contact him for anything even once I signed the papers. If someone could tell Mr Lokey himself- Jason Gold is your saving grace!!!! More

Service department very lacking and no full disclosure. First, I took my car to get a oil change and recall reprogramming done, got there 30 minutes early for my appointment and two hours after my appointm First, I took my car to get a oil change and recall reprogramming done, got there 30 minutes early for my appointment and two hours after my appointment time my car has still not been moved! Absolutely no empathy or customer service received from the service manager. Sent emails and left messages to discuss my concerns not one return phone call or email! Then I Purchased a vehicle from them this being my third Vehicle that I bought from Lucky! There was damage to the rear bumper that was not disclosed, there was damage to the wheels that was not disclosed and most importantly the tires did not match. Most dealers won’t let her vehicle roll out without discussing blemishes and making sure all the tires match! Just very unfortunate that things were not taken care of properly not sure that I will use them again! More
