A cluster I guess a lot of people love this place because it is unbelievably busy. I opted for a shuttle to get to work. I was told first shuttle leaves at 8:15 I guess a lot of people love this place because it is unbelievably busy. I opted for a shuttle to get to work. I was told first shuttle leaves at 8:15. I was there and checked in by 8:30. First, they put me on a shuttle, with a lady, only to find out she didn't go to my destination. My shuttle drives howed up at 9:15. I was going to downtown Clearwater but first, we had to take a lady to Oldsmar! This guy is a horrible driver. I was so carsick by the time I got to work, it took me until noon to get over it. He drives too fast, weaves in and out of traffic and doesn't brake until he is right on someones bumper. I took an Uber to pick my car up because I refused to ride with him again. I booked this appt to have a recall inspected and opted for an oil change and tire rotation while the car was there. I looked at my paperwork when I got home, and saw nothing indicating they did the recall work. $68 for a tire rotation and oil change! Then, the next morning I had a low tire light indicator, so stopped at Tires Plus, where I usually go and they said all the tires were under inflated. I'm not a complainer and I usually let bad experiences just go without comment but this was very disappointing. I can say the lady who checked me out was very pleasant. More

Before we drive off, the salesperson noticed there was no car mat on my driver's side and told me he will order it. It has been over a month and I have called him, I still have not received the car mat. Probably never will unless I ordered it myself. So, unless it is in writing, do not believe their word! Overall, I am enjoying my car. More
