Quick and Easy Lokey Kia makes the visits for service real easy they have great people that work there and you just pull up and they will get you in and out for what Lokey Kia makes the visits for service real easy they have great people that work there and you just pull up and they will get you in and out for what your car needs for service and you can wait in the lobby where they have snacks, waters, and a TV playing or you can take the shuttle in proximity. I usually take the shuttle and they drop me off at work then pick me up when ready and it’s so seamless and easy. I will be coming back to get my service done here and recommend if your in the Clearwater area come on down you won’t regret it More
Inconsiderate Employee After waiting for almost three hours for my car to get its oil changed, I thought that the service center must be seriously flawed at Lokey Kia. Instead, I found out that the employee I met with in the service center (Lily) did not pass on my paperwork for a long time and then went home. So my car was sitting in the parking lot not being worked on for multiple hours while I waited and my time was wasted. Her incompetence or inconsideration of customers is a poor reflection of Lokey as an organization. I am unlikely to return and will just pay to get my oil changed in the future so that I don’t have to deal with this nonsense. More
Confusing Randy is not an asset to your business deals. He was confusing and rude and my salesman Paul P did not need his help at all. If I was dealing with Randy, I would have walk out. The finance guy is a fast, low talker and you can watch the video, he needs improvement in public speaking if you want to improve him. He also shouldn’t talk down about his coemployees, maybe he was just in a hurry because I was at the dealership for 8 hours til closing time. My salesman Paul P was wonderful to deal with. If your a customer looking to not be rushed though a big deal of a car purchase, he is the perfect guy. He gets 5 stars from us. More

At no time during the entire consultation did I feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. Mike was aware of what I was looking for and let the interaction between my Stinger and me develop organically. Amazing Car Buying Experience After visiting a few not so “friendly” Kia dealerships, It was a breath of fresh air, walking into Lokey Kia! I knew what car I wanted to look at (201 After visiting a few not so “friendly” Kia dealerships, It was a breath of fresh air, walking into Lokey Kia! I knew what car I wanted to look at (2015 Hyundai Sonata SE) and was helped in a timely manner, My salesperson was Tony Compston, he really found common ground with me and like a great salesperson was relatable and went above and beyond with customer service. Unlike my not so “friendly” Kia experience, Tony did not use pressure tactics and really tried to help the best he could with my affordability and credit. Needless to say by that afternoon, having returned after work, we ended up coming to a deal and I can say, I am happy with my purchase! Car buying sucks as everyone knows, but with the right salesperson, the experience could suck less!! I recommend you see Tony at Lokey Kia and with purchase you get Unlimited oil changes w/detail free for a lifetime! More
