Excellent service David my service advisor was awesome. I Explained what was going on with my Kia Optima. My car was taken right in to be looked at. The mechanic found David my service advisor was awesome. I Explained what was going on with my Kia Optima. My car was taken right in to be looked at. The mechanic found the problem right away. David came and explained everything and , I went forward with repairs. My car is now running great. I was a walk in - no appointment. I love the service department. They have never told me they were to busy. Always makes you feel welcome. Great waiting area too. Oh if you get restless go walk around and check out the cars on the lot. Liars and xxxxxxxx Come in for a used 6.7k vehicle. Try to tell me that its 10k, just to turn around and say oh that was the internet price ok we can give it to you, and Come in for a used 6.7k vehicle. Then they lied to me and told me I was approved for the loan, when they just wanted to close shop. Showed up the next day and suddenly i needed a cosigner. Also tried to charge me a "refurbish fee" and told me it was a state of Florida requirement. That's a load of xx, as there is no such law. Do not do business with lokey kia, they will screw you at every chance they get. More
