This time a special call out for Georgette Halko, Service Advisor who not only was very attentive in giving me time progress on my waiting time but also took her additional time to look up my records to find I had a free tire rotation to save me additional money. Terible experience I am so disappointed with the recent experience with my new lease of the 2019 Kia Sorrento. To start the vehicle did not come standard with XM radio I am so disappointed with the recent experience with my new lease of the 2019 Kia Sorrento. To start the vehicle did not come standard with XM radio we purchased the upgrade to get the radio installed which took about three weeks to get someone to install the system. It was back-and-forth calls and emails with the sales person to get this completed. We called the sales manager Parnell several times and left several messages to discuss the issue with no response today this is poor customer service. We finally got the XM radio installed and it’s very disappointing with the finished product. In order to use the XM radio the HDM I cable needs to be plugged in which enables the Apple CarPlay not to work. I will not be leasing anymore with Kia and will be looking for a new manufacture once my lease has ended. Due to the poor customer service with Loki and the aftermarket installation I am done with Lokey Kia More
