The reason I took my car to Kia is because my trunk was stuck in the up position, it would not stay shut / closed. The technician fixed my trunk in a very short time and I was so happy. My service advisor, however, was not nice. When I asked her what was wrong with the trunk, her exact answer was "ancient Chinese secret". Then she told me something was stuck in the trunk latch. I asked her what was stuck and she said she had no idea. I asked her if she would please ask the technician who fixed my trunk and she said no, she flat-out said no she would not ask him. Then she asked me to give her five stars, all she wanted was five stars. She was very short with me on the phone and quick to hang up, which I guess I can understand if Service is busy. I will not go back to this Kia to service my car never again because I don't want to be unfortunate to have her assigned as my technician. More

Good service I had a flat tire in a vehicle that I had only a week & a half, I wasn't happy with the time I had to wait to get help, as the 1st company, Pop-a-Rock I had a flat tire in a vehicle that I had only a week & a half, I wasn't happy with the time I had to wait to get help, as the 1st company, Pop-a-Rock, does not go on the Causeway, but the 2nd one did from Pagan towing, I went to the dealership after work, and got lucky that they had one tire on hand to fix my flat. I was impressed with the staff and the time it took to get fixed and out the door. More

When I first walked in I was ignored by the people behind their service desk until Gretchen came in. She made up for the 10 minutes I stood waiting for someone to acknowledge me. You need more people like Gretchen to help undo some of the more unfortunate incidentses. More

He very quickly and efficiently explain to me the options I had and what my best choices were with no pressure. I ended up walking out with a brand new Kia Sorento that I own. everyone was so helpful , knowledgeable and polite. From Mike in Sales to Pernell in finance, and many other Kia employees who stopped by to make sure everything was going smoothly for me I highly recommend this dealership. More
