Good and Bad My Service advisor was Shawn and he kept me updated sll the way thru the dervice. You had my car from Wed thru Sat. Shawn was off on Sat. You Advisors My Service advisor was Shawn and he kept me updated sll the way thru the dervice. You had my car from Wed thru Sat. Shawn was off on Sat. You Advisors must be paid on some sort of commisdion. Stood in the service office for 15 minutes and noone even talked to me. Other people walked in and Advisors recognized them and took care of them. Me nothing. I finally spoke up and was told Shawn was off and was told that ahe would help me once he went to the shop to drop off papers. Since I had so much time to stand in the Service office, I read your signs on the wall. Supposedly I was to have my Optima washed. After being checked out for $300+ dollars for having service done on top of the 3 recalls I brought it in for. The Advidor who got stuck with me asked if I knew where my car was. I said I think I saw it and he said Thanks and shook my hand and handed me the keys. When I got out to my wife's Spicy Red Optima, it looked more greenish yellow than Spicy Red frkm all of the pollen. You could tell noone put a liner in car. I appreciate the email, but I now know I realky do not matter. Thanks anyway. Next time I will try Crown, Century or maybe even Fuccillo. Cannot be any worse. You do have a young lady that is a car runner. Not sure if her name, but she is a young African American Lady that is absolutely awesome. She is a huge asset to your company. More
