Service department sucks Had an appointment to address 2 issues. One issue completed. Second issue I was ask by a repair person to prove I had that feature by seeing my car st Had an appointment to address 2 issues. One issue completed. Second issue I was ask by a repair person to prove I had that feature by seeing my car stickers price. Which he could have easily asked a manager or a person in leadership to looked it up on the computer since I bought the car from them. The next day next day I did bring in my sticker from the car that verified I had this option. He took a picture of my screen in my car and my car sticker. Have not heard back. Called back 2 days later and was told the service department had customers in front of him and that he was familiar with my issue and would call me back in about 15 minutes. The original call was made about 10 a.m. on Saturday at 3 I call back because I had not heard back from this person. Called and left a message for though service department manager . Service manager called me back on Monday. Complained again about my issue not being solved and me taking off time for work to come to Clearwater when I live in St Pete. Still waiting for him to call me back to. tell me to drop off my car and use a loaner until my car is fixed. Which is what I was told by the service manager would happen. This is Sunday 6 days later and I still have not heard back from the manager of the service department. Reached out to the person who sold me the car. He was supposed to get back with me and I still have not heard back from him as well. I gave this dealership great reviews on the purchase of it but I cannot say the same for the service department and repair person or repair service department. I do not know the name of the repair person who I dealt with. When I came in the service department they couldn't help me one of my issues so they got a sales gentleman to help me with the first part of my issue and he was great he got that problem solved, I don't know his name. I work for a big company and the customer service service that I recieved is not acceptable. I don't understand how this is going on and nobody wants to address the problem with one of their vehicles. I'm sure dealerships have rules and regulations that they have to abide by to stay licensed. I believe some kind of violation was broken when the repair person asking to see my sticker on my car four proof that I had this feature and then taking a picture of that sticker price, for what I don't know why. More

Unorganized Took car in for regular oil change, found out 5 recalls needed. Performed oil change and had to bring it back for the recalls. Asked for a loaner since they said they would have it all day, they said none available. Asked them to wash it after service. Picked it up a few hours later and found out they had to order parts for the recall and I would have to come back when the parts come in. And to top it off it wasn’t even cleaned! So this will be my 4th trip up there for something that should’ve been handled in 1. Very frustrated More

Oil change tire rotation balance software update car wash Dropped car off for 1030 appt. I had to call at 230 for update. They said my car was ready. Came to pick up no car wash waited another 30mins, tires never balanced. Had a nail in my tire, chose to go elsewhere to get the tire to expensive to replace at dealership. They told us wrong tire that needed replacement. Everyone is very pleasant but you continue to have way to many appt and feel you don’t pay attention to details. Oil changes should not take 1 30 minutes. Ridiculous waste of my time. I will not buy that package again. More
