We agreed to make another 8hr trip when the part was in stock. 2 weeks ago we took the car in. Upon picking up the SUV there was a ding on the car with the paint of whatever hit the SUV still present. They agreed to arrange for the ding to be repaired close to our home. We were told we would get a call after the weekend on Monday. No call on Monday. Called our salesperson Jeff Sley 4 times since then. Each time he promised a call back. No calls again. I left a voice message for their manager, Lance. Still no call backs after more than 2 weeks. The least they could do is call back and say they will not honor what they promised. Total disregard for their customer. Very dissappointed in this dealership. More
