I was really glad to get my Kia serviced !! It is important, to me to keep, my Kia in excellent running condition !! That really helps, when you offer the free oil change & service. Too Slow Nice people, but every oil change takes 2-3 hrs...even though you have an appointment. I haven't used their shuttle yet, but if you add another 40-60 Nice people, but every oil change takes 2-3 hrs...even though you have an appointment. I haven't used their shuttle yet, but if you add another 40-60 min for that - you're looking at HALF the workday gone for something most places do in 15-30 min max...including an inspection. Seating is also a problem, but wouldn't be if they would work faster. If the office crew & mechanics got paid by the job rather than the hr, I wonder how much faster they'd work. More

Service Dept. Improvement - Sales dept. Needs mpovement Service Dept has made a HUGE IMPROVEMENT within the Last Year - Keith and Derrick are Very Professional and patient.
