I wish it had been better my instrument panel showed all 4 tires over inflated by 5 to 6 pounds of the recommended 35 lbs.. On the way home a check showed the pressure had no my instrument panel showed all 4 tires over inflated by 5 to 6 pounds of the recommended 35 lbs.. On the way home a check showed the pressure had not been lowered.even though i had mentioned it to the service writer. i also mentioned that the car could use a washing and he said that they would take care of it. Overall, not bad but same ole price haggling style! Waited for awhile to write this as I had an issue with the nuances of being sold additional warranty coverage of which price was maybe mis-stated. Everyone was polite and respectful but as I have earlier had a much better experience with Carmax (with no price haggling), likely would not go here again as it's just too much like going to war to try and feel you came away not being taken advantage. After I got through it did further research and found that final pricing was generally ok, but would not have happend had I not held firm. These days there are far better options such as Carvana, Carmax and Auto Nation, just to mention a few. Why should you have to fight to find a respectable bottom line price? Just sort of a demeaning experience! More
