Rudest services I’ve ever received not to mention the service technician Horacio was not very experienced in answering my questions didn’t have answers literally told me I don’t know what that is and the service technician Horacio was not very experienced in answering my questions didn’t have answers literally told me I don’t know what that is and then proceeded to hang the phone up on me I called back and spoke to a service manager who didn’t seemed too concerned just said thanks for telling them so I guess that’s how all your customers get treated I will never go to this Kia and I will make sure my word of mouth tells everyone that I know and some not to go to this Kia More
