The job was not finished because they did not have the part. It took two hours to let me know that the part had to be ordered and I needed to come back. The radio was not fixed because the manufacturer co part. It took two hours to let me know that the part had to be ordered and I needed to come back. The radio was not fixed because the manufacturer could not provide the part needed. The noise when the AC was repaired was not fixed because they did not know how to fix it. The noise in the AC has been there since day one, after the repair was done. Overall, no more Kia's for us, Lokey might get a second chance. More
