Person at service kiosk barely looked up, I asked about a service to update maps and navigation I’d recieved a email about. He looked at me like I was asking for a special favor, I explained not something I service to update maps and navigation I’d recieved a email about. He looked at me like I was asking for a special favor, I explained not something I know how to do. He then proceeded to tell me it rather rudely that was a 4 hour service. Ok I said. This is second time I’ve had a oil chance with the 2022 Kia Seltos and both times I had oil drops in my garage. I’ve never had this happen before, NOT SURE you’ll do anything about this. More

I enjoyed my last visit to Lokey Kia for scheduled maintenance. The service writer was very knowledgeable. I dropped my Cadenza off and received the call when it was out of the shop. My car was on the maintenance. The service writer was very knowledgeable. I dropped my Cadenza off and received the call when it was out of the shop. My car was on the line and the service writer escorted me to my vehicle. I was back on the road at the time I was told. Great job Guys. More
