This dealership’s service department is the best around. My service advisor-Dave Woodman should teach customer service to other dealerships! I came in on a busy Saturday with no appointment and a broken tru My service advisor-Dave Woodman should teach customer service to other dealerships! I came in on a busy Saturday with no appointment and a broken trunk latch- I was completely unable to secure my car. I was in a panic! Dave took over and said don’t worry we will get this taken care of for you today. And he did!! In 2 hours he had my trunk latch replaced, an oil change, tire rotation AND a car wash! I couldn’t believe it. Dave goes out of his way to go above and beyond to assist his customers. Thank you Dave!! More

My service advisor was great no complaints there. However, I do have complaints on the work done on my vehicle. I took my car in for brakes, front brakes were replaced. However, I took it back in be However, I do have complaints on the work done on my vehicle. I took my car in for brakes, front brakes were replaced. However, I took it back in because my brake lights were eliuminating and my brakes made a grinding noise, I was informed that both rear speed sensors need replaced. They said they did not hear any grinding. Once I picked my vehicle up the second time, I am still hearing the grinding noise. It's a bit nerve-racking considering this has to do with my vehicle being able to stop when needed. I unfortunately cannot keep taking off work to bring my vehicle back for issues that were not there before I got my brakes fixed so I'm kind of stuck in a horrible situation of keeping my job or keeping my car running properly. More
