Dropped my Kia Telluride off to have a sunroof repaired after a part broke off. The team was friendly and able to accommodate getting it in for repair and placed under warranty. I understand the supply chain issues happening so I was patient with the fact that my car was there for over SIX WEEKS waiting to be repaired. My first frustration was the lack of communication, I kept being told “the part should be here next week” for over six weeks. Fine- fair, I know nobody is at fault. However, when I finally was able to pick it up, the sunroof is still not fixed properly. It only opens halfway and then does not close all the way and the car does not recognize that the sunroof is closed causing it to constantly alert me that I have not closed my sunroof. Extremely disappointed that after all that time, my car was handed back still with a defective sunroof. More

I love this dealership because of the way Dave in service treats me as a customer. I believe him to be honest and straight forward. I’m no longer impressed with the service manager, because my significant other, who is a top car salesman in Bradenton called him and left 3 messages and I called him and 3 messages and he has never called either of us in return. It is as if we were not important and our questions regarding my car sitting on his lot for 3 to 4 months didn’t matter. As customers, when a manager doesn’t call you back, they have shown you your worth as a customer to them. A reassuring call was all we were looking for and then we left a message for the sales manger because Howard, my sig other was thinking maybe it’s time I purchase another vehicle, but he never called him back either. So the bottom line is that if not for Dave, I would not return to Lokey. Something has changed, because I have dealt with this company for years, bought 3 cars here, but I’m not sure where I’ll buy my next car. So, so disappointed with the management’s customer service skills. But love Dave in service! More
