Was able to get my car in right away. As I said I wait for my car each time I bring it in. Dave is a great service advisor he greets me after my car is done he lets Me know exactly what was done to my car for my car each time I bring it in. Service Advisors are nice, but they are short staffed which makes communication really horrible at times. Had my car towed in for service, had to call multiple times for a time estimate and it took days which makes communication really horrible at times. Just a call of "your car is here, tell me what's going on with it...ok expect a call in 2 days due to us squeezing it in" would have given me an expectation vs having no idea what was going on. More
