No greeting at service desk. After approximately 10 minutes, the young lady service writer, who was just sitting there, not on phone or computer, called me over. Was very short with me but did say that my oil change would be complete in an hour or hour and a half. After an hour of my vehicle sitting in the same spot and getting no update , I went to the service desk. Young lady didn't even look up at me. I finally recieved service from the very nice older gentleman who finally got things done. Not a very good experience at all. More

Worst service I ever had at a kia dealership. I left without a car for a week, never once did I hear the word "sorry" come out of anyone's mouth, never was I offered a loaner. My calls were not returned and I was calling to get updates and bounce from one phone to another one. I was on hold on one call and recording told me I was the next caller and when the music loop was over, the recording told me I was third. I rode a bike to work for the week 12 miles round trip. When I final got the car, after the wrong parts were sent, Twice. The girl behind the counter told me, "We quoted you this but this is what you're paying. Money was taken off the bill. Sorry, too little, too late. I will be warning all my friends and neighbors and spreading the word on social media to avoid your dealership at all cost. More

Got my car in and serviced in the time I was told. Complete lack of communication about my vehicle. My first service advisor promised to call 7 separate times. Never heard from him without me calling in to get him.
