I was very disappointed when I brought my car for maintenance they did a xxxx poor job, said my car didn't need maitenance service. They did the least they could, they said they checked the air becau maintenance they did a xxxx poor job, said my car didn't need maitenance service. They did the least they could, they said they checked the air because it was supposed to be covered in the maitenance inspection and they checked fine but my husband had to ask them to check it because it wasn't working, charged us 100 dollars for that, windshield wipers needed replacing they didn't ask about that either, they say they rotated the tires but it's not on the ppw that they did either. I was very dissatisfied. More

Not that happy. Made appointment for recall fixes . After confirming they could do all three I was told I had to return as they didn’t Java a part. The service department is horrendous. Never a return phone call. Has had my car for over a month with little to no communication at all. I will never take my car here again for anything. I'm an 80 year old woman. First told I wouldn't need an appt when I called about a dashboard light I couldn't figure out, so I drove it in but was told it would be 2 hours. So I made an appt for 9:15 a few appt when I called about a dashboard light I couldn't figure out, so I drove it in but was told it would be 2 hours. So I made an appt for 9:15 a few days later. When I got the car in I was told it would be about 45 minutes. 2 hours later still no word from anyone so I got up to ask. That's when I was told the car battery died so they couldn't diagnose the problem. And that I would need a new battery. This service department has a long way to go on customer service. And just plain decency. I have rarely had a worse experience with lack of service in an automobile service department. Very disappointed. More
