I remember calling randomly about three years ago just to say how great your flag is. When I called and asked if she could run my vin to check if my car was covered and then you all took care of every thing say how great your flag is. They tried to tell me I needed $500 worth brakes and o got a 2nd opinion and my brakes are fine. When I called to discuss it I was given a vm and haven’t been called back as if 4 days later. I spent 2 hours waiting after leaving my keys with one of the service staff and heard nothing from anyone, after the wait I went to check up and apparently my keys were never passed along to Tyler.
