my car towed there and it was going to be thousands and thousands of dollars in repairs through insurance and they said they don’t do loaners and I said well if you can’t give me a loaner I have to work I’ thousands of dollars in repairs through insurance and they said they don’t do loaners and I said well if you can’t give me a loaner I have to work I’m gonna have to have it towed out of here and out towed to friendly Kia because Friendly kia has always given me a loaner so they called me or she put me on hold for less than 30 seconds and came back and said your loaner is waiting for you long story short Tim called and threaten me on a voicemail which I still have stating that if I didn’t return his car he was going to report it stolen needless to say I had my car towed out of there and towed to another dealer I will never be back at your shop ever ever again. The girl at Low-key Kia is the one that said I could have the loaner when I got there they walked me over to Nissan so everybody I dealt with was at Nissan except for the two girls that answered the phone at Kia that both were very very rude More
