3rd Service on 2017 KIA Sportage Service Advisor was super & told me what was done to vehicle! Also told me there were two re-calls on the vehicle already that I had not been advised Service Advisor was super & told me what was done to vehicle! A little disapponited My mechanic was changing my oil and doing a check up before I left on a long trip (over 3000 miles). He noticed that my oil pan was cracked. There was no damage to the outside and told me that it was a stress crack and to call the dealership. I called Lokey and spoke to someone in the service department and they said it should be covered under warranty. I scheduled an appointment for the next morning. I dropped off the car (10:30 appt). and spoke to Zach in the service department. I told him what my mechanic said and Zach told me, "A certified mechanic will look at it to make sure it's covered and they will call me." I didn't hear anything all day. I headed out to an appointment and received a phone call at 4:22 p.m. from someone at Lokey telling me my car was ready. I was surprised because I never got a call telling me what was wrong and if it was covered. I thought it must be covered since they never called about the work being done. I told them I would pick up the car the next morning. I arrived the next morning and spoke to a young black female about picking up my car. She pointed to a set of keys and asked, "Is that your car?". I answered "yes" and I took the keys and the paperwork. I asked, "is that it, then?" She took the paperwork and looked at it and said, "you owe $279.21." I asked "why do I owe that?". She pointed to the paperwork and said, "Cause it says so here." I then told her that it was my understanding that it was to be covered under warranty and that no one called me to tell me what work was being done. I told her I dropped off the car, was told someone would call me and the next call was someone telling me my car was done. She talked to another person, a white male, approx in his 50's with salt and pepper hair about this. He was sitting at the desk right as you walk in. He was very nice and very helpful. He checked on my records and confirmed it should have been under warranty. He said they should have put a big W on the work order. He apologized and told us everything was good He was very helpful. I then left to get my car. I walked to my car and there was a big greasy palm print on my hood. ( I took a picture). I was very disappointed in the service department and with the greasy palm print on my hood. I have never experienced this before with this dealership. They are usually on the ball. Very nice, informative, and clean. More
Friendly great service I was able to get a same day appointment for oil change. The guys were friendly and offered to look at a knocking noise that my truck was making. The free shuttle service was great, so we didn’t have to wait there. Even if we would have waited there the lobby offered drinks and food while waiting. Great experience. More

Happy I had a nail in my tire after work. I called Lokey Kia and talked to Isabel, who assured me once I got there she would personally take care of things I had a nail in my tire after work. Isabel was ready and very kind and sympathetic towards my situation. The mechanic was very fast, and I was out in about an hour. I always like to feel I get the information I need to make an informative and right decision for me, so I try to do my homework. I made an appointment to see myRep Michael, at Kia bacause my lease would be up in 7 months. I wanted to get ahead of the game and see what my options were. Michael and I spoke and then a man named Ryan, from the main office, seemed to totally take over. He was fast paced and his goal was to get me to purchase another lease that day. Altho he seemed nice, his option was to move a car by lease or sale. I felt railroaded because I told him my budget could not handle the figures he was giving me. That did not make one bit of difference to him. I am also partly at fault because I did not walk out as I should have done. I feel my sales rep kept leaving the desk and letting Ryan take over. I now have a lease car that is going to be a struggle to pay for. When it comes to sales, I guess nothing matters except getting the sale. I was very happy with Kia, but now I know it is BUYER BEWARE. My first purchase through Kia was a Kia Optima. After that, I felt it was better for me to lease. I am now on my 3rd Kia Soul. I'm sure if this had not gone so badly, my next would be a Soul too! I do love this car. As much as I love the Kia Sou,l I I will have to take my loyalty somewhere else. I do know I will not be so trusting again with a car dealer. More
