This dealership has consistently had poor communication and fails to follow through on commitments. I’ve had several frustrating experiences that required multiple trips, numerous phone calls, and countles and fails to follow through on commitments. I’ve had several frustrating experiences that required multiple trips, numerous phone calls, and countless hours just to resolve issues. I was advised that the service manager would contact me to resolve the issue, but I never received a call. The only reason I continue to use their service department is because I purchased my vehicle there and they honor my warranty. Although I have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership in the past, I will not be purchasing any future vehicles from them. More
