Chuck has been my service rep at Lokey Nissan for over the last 9 years. Love working with Chuck as I have never felt like I’m being sold things not needed. When the right time comes do buy a new car, I the last 9 years. Love working with Chuck as I have never felt like I’m being sold things not needed. When the right time comes do buy a new car, I will insist on him as my service rep for any future new car needs. In the meantime, Chuck helps me to ensure my 2013 Nissan Sentra runs well. Still waiting on info from them 30+ days later and still haven’t received it. They charged me for the pre inspection on the car and now I’m having to replace stuff less than 30days of owning it. Told me the body was in perfect condition which I get it and clearly is not. Has a crappy patch job on the front bumper and scratches. I was trusting them as I’m states away.
