I was charged for an evacuation and recharge of the AC system. My car was returned with no recharge - there was NO refrigerant in the system, which triggered a check engine light. I bought a car from the dealership, a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica. It had some damage to the front hood and a scratched windshield. They agreed to fix both for me by replacing the hood and the windshield an Pacifica. It had some damage to the front hood and a scratched windshield.
