I’ve used Jordan for several cars for several of my close friends. He is by far the best salesman I’ve ever worked with and he’s more like family than the salesman. I will keep recommending any and all peopl friends. He is by far the best salesman I’ve ever worked with and he’s more like family than the salesman. If I could give 0 stars I would. They suckered me into getting a new vehicle. I was going to be in the market eventually as now a mom of 2 and wanting a larger vehicle, but the hassl They suckered me into getting a new vehicle. I was going to be in the market eventually as now a mom of 2 and wanting a larger vehicle, but the hassle working with Lokey is not worth it. I told them I would purchase the vehicle if we agreed on the price monthly (which we roughly did, but I wasn’t told I owed money until starting to sign the paperwork) and that they fixed a few items on the vehicle. They originally wrote a “WE OWE” with the items needing fixed, minus one thing they promised me about rentals if I needed one. My sales guy Jordan said he would confirm he can change the “WE OWE” and I had full faith it would be copy and paste with the change of the rental information. I was wrong and take full responsibility for not reading the new form, but I was there feeding my 3 week old baby while also watching my 3 year old, which I fully believe they took advantage of that fact. Fast forward to me then finding time to get those items repaired, I asked my sale guy to verify the items and get me on the schedule because service told me they can’t schedule me, it has to be the sales team.. that’s when all of this gets ugly. 15 days or so went by and funding didn’t approve me, I was called by Jeff the sales manager and threatened to have my deposit kept and my vehicle taken because I told funding when they asked that the dealership owed me repairs. I then had to call the lending company and lie about the repairs being completed to try and get approved (took over 2 weeks) and this is when I was then told about the new “WE OWE” which was comical what they wrote on there, especially the part about life time oil changes when that’s guaranteed without a we owe. Eventually I was told they would fix 2 out of the 3 items. I was asking for chipped/peaking paint to be fixed/repainted to prevent rust damage to the car in the long run, two long scratches that could be buffed out or repainted if deep enough, and a headlight that was out on the car. Mind you, this was all prior to the sale of the vehicle and they told me they would, but come time for it to get done and the changing of the agreement, they fought me on it. I was then told to drop my car off so service can get an estimated price on how much it would cost to fix everything. My car sat there for two weeks, service and sales does not communicate with each other, leaving me to call a million times to get answers. I was then told by my sales guy Jordan and the sales Manager I had to put $600 toward the new headlight. They never even mentioned fixing the other two items now at this point, now it came down to more money. I told them I was promised X,Y,Z and I also had texts to prove it. Jeff the sales manager took Jordan’s phone, and as a man who has a wife and children, he sure does know how to be rude to a customer and kept hanging up on me when I was trying to get answers. Eventually Jordan got them to agree to an aftermarket headlight (which I didn’t know it would be until after pick up and looked at it, I was told it would be from Chevy). I then proceeded to keep calling in regard to the car because no one was calling me back or giving me answers unless I showed up or bugged my sales guy. I then received a call that my car was ready. I asked about the other two items needing to be fixed and then was told they wouldn’t be done at all. EVEN THOUGH I WAS ORIGINALLY PROMISED THAT. I then proceeded to pick up the car and get asked “So how xxxxxx are you?” Oh I don’t know, I was used, lied to, ran around, ignored, treated like garbage, the list goes on. I then look at my paperwork and check my miles because at this point I don’t trust the dealership, and over 600 miles were put on my car. My sales guy tried to deny it, but when I called service asking if the number on the sheet was correct and how many miles were on it when I came in, they told me yes. This whole ordeal has been nothing but miserable and they will be reported for a multitude of reasons More

I was left to wait bc the sales rep was busy. I waited for my car and when it was delivered it was not cleaned and it still had the stickers on it. I also was not shown how to work anything. The team takes their time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understand what’s going on with my vehicle instead of rushing me in and out. What really stands out is how thorough they are. They don’t just do the job—they make sure it’s done right, and that gives me real peace of mind. It’s rare to find a place that balances efficiency with such attention to detail. More than anything, it’s the atmosphere that keeps me coming back. There’s a warmth there that makes me feel like more than just a customer—I feel like family. That kind of experience is hard to come by, and it’s why I trust them every single time. More
