Come here if you want to spend 7 hours buying a car The place looked nice enough at first. We called ahead to make sure the car we saw online was still available. Our salesperson did not take the time t The place looked nice enough at first. We called ahead to make sure the car we saw online was still available. Our salesperson did not take the time to talk to us and see exactly what we were looking for as he was servicing 2 other couples at the same time as us and it felt like very rushed, impersonal customer service. Every step of the process took 3 times longer than it should have, but we felt we should stay since we drove over an hour to get to the place. Now that we've purchased a car, we've been calling for the past 6 weeks regarding our license plate that was left on our trade-in and have yet to hear anything back from our salesperson or the manager. We bought a car, and that is where the customer service ended. I would not want to have another car-buying experience here, and that is putting it nicely. More

Had I not been in a position to come back Over the next few days I would have gone back and ripped up the deal. Craig my salesman was super nice but probably complicit in the scam. More
