Somethings are Ok I recently purchased a used 2016 Mazda CX-5, my overall buying experience was good. When I test drove the car it was filthy. Per Lokey it was because I recently purchased a used 2016 Mazda CX-5, my overall buying experience was good. When I test drove the car it was filthy. Per Lokey it was because the car had just arrived and they didn’t have the opportunity to have it cleaned, which was fine. When I finally purchased the vehicle they had detailed it the night before the purchase was finalized. When the key was handed to me, the salesman said to was ready to go and looked amazing. I opened the car looked around, my first thought was who detailed it a blind person. The car was still filthy, white sunscreen all over the dash, steering wheel and seats, carpets needed to be vacuumed horrible!!!!! As for the exterior it looked half washed. I told sales person I was not happy at all. His response was he would have it detailed again even if he had to pay out of pocket himself. I left my car and 45 mins later it was ready. He said they waxed and cleaned it real well on the inside. Bahahahaha don’t lie to me, I’m not an idiot. I’ve spent the last 2 days cleaning the inside and outside of my car and I’m still not done. Your detailing dept needs and overhaul or retrained on how to accurately detail a vehicle. Also as I read over the fees there’s one fee for $899 to do a 7 point inspection, oil change and last but not least to CLEAN!!!!! I should get the money for cleaning my own car. More
