These People Have No Sense Of Ethics These people called me after sending me an email to notify me of a "important safety recall" on my car to get me to bring my car to them for service. These people called me after sending me an email to notify me of a "important safety recall" on my car to get me to bring my car to them for service. The problem is no such 'safety recall' exists. My car has an open emissions recall but safety and emissions are two different things altogether. They believe that people are stupid and they can get them worked up into believing that they must bring thier car in for service. While important, the emissions recall doesn't effect vehicle safety so there is no need to deliberately mislead people into coming into thier dealership. The EPA and CARB aren't calling it a safety recall so they shouldn't either. There is a ethical disconnect with these people. It's irresponsible for them to conduct business this way and they should stop this before I contact the Florida State Attorney General's office and report them. More

Sales staff Don't listen The internet manager and sales person were not honest about the history of the vehicle. I requested the carfax and the service report withheld 4 hours The internet manager and sales person were not honest about the history of the vehicle. I requested the carfax and the service report withheld 4 hours later. When I was in finance the finance manager said that I couldn't get the report because the service department was close. The Finance manager was rude. When the GM got the report and there was and accident, the salesman try to sugarcoat the accident about a bumper only issue. Pior to coming 1 hour drive from Spring Hill, I told them regarding my trade, where I need to be in payments on the new car and that I needed warranty. The internet manager said that the warranty would be about $10-$15 more keeping me about $238 in payment. That was a lie, in finance the payments were $283 a month for 72 months. I walked out and never will go back again. Horrible experience there. More
