I was very pleased with the service. My car was ready to go in the approximate time given. The shuttle service to the nearby Mall was perfect and timely.

Oil change services was really good. Only issue I have is that they forgot to change out the next service due decal. Otherwise all was ok.

Lokey VW gets me in and out in an efficient manor. They are thorough in reviewing details and expectations. I have been so pleased with my experience...2 years since trading in my Lexus and I LOVE my VW sales and service team. Always leave with a hug and warm smile from my advisor Antonio. My husband took my car to have the oil changed and for washed it too, oh surprise, not only did they change the oil, but they changed a worn part. We were ready to finance it when pleasantly, they told us it was still under warranty ... and they washed it for free!

Appt was scheduled for 9:45,was there until 10:45 for a recall, I inquired as to when they would get to my car,tech told me he didn't know my car was still parked outside. Other than that incident everything else was okay..All of my other services there has been on point

Scheduled online, came in, waited during the service and it was easy peasy. People were prompt and courteous, offered me a free car wash but i had to leave. Appreciate the professionalism.

Service team is amazing. I had a small emergency with my car and Antonio was able to get me in and out quicker than anticipated. They are efficient, friendly, and professional. I recommend this facility to anyone needing their vehicle serviced.

We have been going to Lokey VW in New Port Richey where we bought the VW Beetle. The last time we went there They put the VW ON THE HOIST AND LIFTED IT UP LIFTED IT UP BY THE ROCKER PANELS AND BENT THEM AND I HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE IT. I would never Go back there again, that location should be closed. The service is bad. This time we called Clearwater Service department and made an appointment even though we had to drive 1 hour and 20 min from Spring Hill fl. We were met by Dan Wagner and he was the best. He answered any questions we had and we we had and we have to commend him for everything he did for us. THANKS, Dan HAL and ROSANN HILLIER
