Poor wirkmanship After less than 100 miles from being serviced I had to return the car because the engine was running poorly. This was found to be the result of slopp After less than 100 miles from being serviced I had to return the car because the engine was running poorly. This was found to be the result of sloppy workmanship, (the air filter cover was not secured correctly after the filter was serviced) and the fuel pump was damaged by the cover moving. Absolutly no responsibility was accepted by Lokey and I had to pay a bill of almost $1,000, not satisfactory in any way. More

Zero communication I dropped my car off for service under warranty. When I made the appointment I made it clear that I would need a loaner and the woman said it would be I dropped my car off for service under warranty. When I made the appointment I made it clear that I would need a loaner and the woman said it would be taken care of. When I dropped the car off, not only did my service advisor act as if he didn’t know that I needed a loaner, but he also acted like it was an inconvenience. I was told it would “probably need to be there for one day”. Six days later I had not heard a single word from anyone. I called at 7am on the 6th day and by 5pm I had still not had a returned call from anyone. I just wanted to know the status. So I called back and when my service advisor got on the phone he interrupted me and was short with me, telling me that the car would be ready in 20 minutes and that they were delayed because they had to order a speaker. So why, at any point during those six days, could he have not called me to update me, tell me what was being done, and give me an ETA on it’s completion? Furthermore, when I picked the car up he didn’t review anything that was done. I was handed the paperwork and sent on my way. There is an issue with a noice coming from the right side of the car that I had made them aware of, but when I read through the paperwork at home I realized that it was not taken care of. If he had mentioned this when I picked it up I could have allowed him to hear exactly what I was talking about. So now I will be scheduling another appointment for this to be handled. Overall, terrible (lack of) communication. More
