Why make an appt for service?! Had an appt for routine maintenance. Arrived on time. Service rep says it will be a 2 hour wait. I said I had an appt. I said "But I had an appt". Service rep replies "We can't turn walk-ins away So I said "So why make an appt??" If I want to wait 2 hours for an appt, it sounds like my doctor's office, not a car dealer! Why bother! More
