I only get my car fixed here out of necesssity Started off rocky but ended with a satisfied customer. The initial problem was the service representative wasn't friendly. Then he told me that he wasn't going to take my coupon because I didn't present it before he provided me with an invoice. Now this was my fault because the coupon does say to present before services are quoted. He finally agreed to take the coupon but then the laborers found other issues with my car, in which Antonio worked with me on. So long story short... all is well that ends well. There were also several other service providers that did not acknowledge my presence. Customer service is essential, especially when people spend thousands of dollars to fix their cars. More

Stand by their work I went in for an oil change and they found a few wear and tear problems so we agreed to correct them. Best in the area I have a 2007 convertible beetle and have had it to a couple of dealerships to be repaired. Every time we have taken it to Lokey, they have done their best to keep us updated, let us decide what needs to be done right away and what can wait, prices, etc. It is an hour drive for us to take it there but we will always do so because they give us a good quality loaner when needed, check back to see if the car is running correctly and are easy to deal with consistently. Highly recommend them for your repair needs. More

Prices are reasonable, loyalty is respected, and they are always prioritizing my time, needs, and comfort. Great customer service I scheduled a routine oil change and upon arrival let Brian know that my A/C was no longer blowing cold. He called my warranty company and got all repair costs covered. The work took a few days to complete but Brian was sure to call me with any updates and even gave me a loaner car for the time I was without my car.
