AC N280 valve failure I had a AC valve fail and it was gonna cost me 610$ because my warrenty had gone up 100 miles ago. The problem was hapening before 36000 miles too. I didnt know the warrenty was going up so i figures id ask about the AC on my next service. Eric got my car fixed and working properly for a deductable of 100$ even though my warrenty was up by such a short amout of miles. This is the type of costomer service that should be available for the people that come get there cars worked on. He took the time to understand my situation and really try to help. I appreciate his help alot and hope others can learn from situations like this. I will be back to have my car serviced here again. More
