Oil change grunge Went to dealer for 180,000 mile oil change on my 2006 Jetta. Could tell from drips on the grill, engine, technicians sucked oil from dipstick tube rat Went to dealer for 180,000 mile oil change on my 2006 Jetta. Could tell from drips on the grill, engine, technicians sucked oil from dipstick tube rather than draining from below. Left oily hand/foot prints all over. When I departed hood was not latched, when I pulled over to secure hood, found top engine trim plastic not installed. Inattention to detail! More

Great service I bought 4 new tires about 2 months ago. Monday I got a hole in my tire and had to take my car in for service. They plug the tire for me at no cost. Did I recieve that, nope.so I went back to ask and he got it in right away and five mins. later. the car was not done well at all so on a scale of 10, they would get a 2 maybe. Ended up finding my keys on another dudes desk who, from what I remember, always does this sort of thing and always leaves when there is work to be done. Chill place but some employee need to pick up the pace. Also, since I don’t know which one, ima throw them all in, all the VW technicians and mechanics suck cause they green lighted my vehicle to be sold after a “multiple point inspection”. Next day light came on for speed sensor. Being curious, i went to check other things, and found the intake filter was nice and dirty, and old. Ended up finding out that they didn’t check anything on the car. But, dudes at Kia we’re nice enough to help me out. More

Scam service center That seems every time I come to the dealership within 3 days a perfectly running car has an issue. The last time less than 24 hours engine light came on. I noticed the engine cover their replaced was broken and filthy. Mine was clean and in perfect shape. I have made sure is that all I'll wear this and everyone I come in contact with will not be using your dealership. More
