Luis our shuttle service driver was kind enough to take us to a nearby restaurant and we enjoyed some lunch. He was there within 10 minutes to pick us back up to bring us back to the dealership to find the car waiting and ready. More

CPO warranty is misleading No where on the CPO we recieved does it state that every time you have to bring the car in for warranty work there is a $50 deductible. It clearly sa No where on the CPO we recieved does it state that every time you have to bring the car in for warranty work there is a $50 deductible. It clearly says it covers 100% of parts and 100% of labor. If we have to bring it back in 3-4 times in the first year of ownership and have to pay $200 in deductibles, how does that equate to 100% covered. The deductible should be on the sticker of the CPO, not buried in fine print in some other document that was never delivered at sale. To me 100% covered means $0. Very shady at best. More

Amazing Service Thank you Antonio A week ago transiting from Tampa to my new job in Tampa across the Causeway my coolant light on my 2012 bottle suddenly came on. Luckily I was close t A week ago transiting from Tampa to my new job in Tampa across the Causeway my coolant light on my 2012 bottle suddenly came on. Luckily I was close to the gas station on the west side where I immediately pulled in. I purchased some coolants & observed it leaking out the bottom of my car at an alarming rate. I immediately called Lokey Service and was connected to Antonio. Being totally stressed out about not missing a day of work on my 1st week at my new job after being an elder IT Engineer unemployed for a significant period of time, Antonio immediately assured me that Lokey has me covered. Antonio offered a tow but due to the rush hour timeframes, I might not arrive during service times. At this point I was 5 miles away from Lokey on 19. I asked if I could but the required fluids & try to make it myself. Antonio replied that it is not recommended but perhaps possible. He stated that when the coolant light came on I’d have to immediately pull over & fill up. After purchasing 5 gallons of filtered water, I made the 2 hour 5 mile journey. Antonio was waiting with a Passat loaner & stated, we’ve got you covered Mr. Baker. Go home, relax, and God bless. I’ll call you tomorrow. I made it to work & received a call from Antonio the next afternoon station that the failing part was the evaporative cooling item. Antonio stated that I only had a very small deductible due to the service plan that Tanaka recommended during purchase & to come in after work & he will take care of me. I arrived after work returning the loaner & within 5 minutes was back in my fine vehicle with a final thank you Mr Baker & God bless. More

Few months ago I bring my 2015 Jetta with 58k miles on it in, coz of water leaking into trunk lid, Lokey keep car for two weeks, cha Where do I start? Few months ago I bring my 2015 Jetta with 58k miles on it in, coz of water leaking into trunk lid, Lokey keep car for two weeks, charge me 400 bucks to change trunk opener. Few weeks ago, the problem re-occurs. I take car back in, they keep it for almost two weeks, don't return calls, then eventually tell me to go pick it up that they can't duplicate the problem. They give me back my car dirty, and with what appears to be a huge scratch down the left side like someone leaned on it, or slid a box down it or something, some one had also been smocking in it, and as I drive down the road with windows open to get rid of smoke smell, I discover my horn doesn't work, so I go back, they charge me $209 to fix the horn, which had been working when I took car in. I won't be buying a VW again, and If I did, I certainly won't be taking it to Lokey VW Clearwater. More
