She helped me understand how incorrect work was previously done by another service vendor and easy resolved it so my car was returned to me safer than it was when I dropped it off. She communicated with the other service vendor by sending pictures and descriptions of what was done incorrectly. Advised the other service vendor to help me because the service they provided was just not quality for what I paid. Betsy is kind, and really can make a not so fun experience enjoyable. Who laughs after paying for services they didn't expect on routine service appointment. She also is willing to provide me with the information I need to file a claim with the other service provider. Steve was friendly, easy going, informative and took his time answering all of my questions. Steve made sure that I was comfortable with the experience of choosing and purchasing my Mustang. My Mustang was the color I wanted, had low mileage and was pre-owned certified with an extended warranty. I was very impressed with how clean the car was on the lot...inside and out. The night that I picked up my new Mustang the process was smooth. Again, Steve was there explaining all of the last minute details of the car. Michael the finance person had everything in order and ready for me. He took the time to explain the paperwork to me. The detail department had my car spotless. It was obvious to me that they take great pride in their workmanship. I drove off the parking lot in my new Mustang knowing that this had been a great experience. Every detail of test driving, information about the truck, purchase and delivery was fun and flawless. Mike was great in the financing part. The previous owner of the truck (Joe) stopped by when we were looking at it and told us how great care he took of it and what a great dealership. He had purchased over 10 vehicles from them.
