My wife and I each purchased a Ford Focus at the same time, they offered a extended warrantee for the cars. When they said if at the end of the term if we did not use or make any claims against it we wou time, they offered a extended warrantee for the cars. When they said if at the end of the term if we did not use or make any claims against it we would get what we paid refunded. The cost was $1255.00 for each car. We had what we feel is good luck with the cars and after 4 years and 6 months I returned to Lombard Ford to see what we needed to do to get our money refunded. I spoke directly with Rob Lombard and he said we did not have the correct paperwork for that program and that I was lying and that we never had been offered such an option. Be very careful of their Sales People they will say anything to get more money out of you for options they offer. More

After searching the internet inventory listing of several dealers, my wife Cheryl and I visited Lombard Ford. We had purchased two used and one new vehicle from Lombard over the years. My son-in-law was havi dealers, my wife Cheryl and I visited Lombard Ford. We had purchased two used and one new vehicle from Lombard over the years. My son-in-law was having his Explorer serviced on the previous day, and mentioned to Corinne Markey that we were looking for a vehicle. She gave him her business card, which he handed to us when he returned to Terryville. The next day when we started to look at vehicles, a salesman asked if he could help. He informed us that Corinne was busy with a customer, but he would help us until she became free. We showed him the computer printout of vehicles that we were interested in. Once we "Zeroed in" on one, he showed us all of the features, answered questions, and arranged for us to take it for a test ride. Upon returning, Corinne was free, and he brought us into the showroom to meet her. I was impressed by the amount of attention that the salesman gave to us, as well as his great attitude, considering that Corrine would be credited with a sale if we purchased a vehicle. The dealership is well served by having him in their organization. We appreciated the fact that we were not spending time waiting around. Corinne Markey answered the questions that we had in friendly and informative manner. The process by which the final price of the vehicle, and the extended warranty was arrived at was handled in a pleasant atmosphere. She enabled us to drive away with the Mercury Milan Premier that afternoon, after meeting Dave, who had all of the paperwork ready. Corinne demonstrated the key features of the vehicle in a very thorough manner before we left the lot. We appreciate all that she accomplished in a short period of time. While it was nice to see the message welcoming my wife and I to the dealership, I was more impressed by the attitude and ability of the employees that we met that day. More

However, the customer focus and attention level from the very first call we made to Lombard through the follow up on every detail and question truly differentiated this experience. Simply put it was well worth the ride. We can tell you that everybody at Lombard Ford we had the pleasure to meet and work with left a real impression on us. Our Sales Specialist, Corinne Markey was outstanding in every way. She carefully listened and she delivered on every level. As usual Larry provided excellent service. I was in a bind because my Fusion 2010 started to make a whining noise and I needed the car for a trip in just a couple of days. When I brought in the car on Friday Larry had one of the senior technicians take a ride with me to identify the problem. Then Larry scheduled the repair for Tuesday, the day after Labor day. I was able to pick up the car at noon on Tuesday. which was a great relief. The repair was done under warranty with no charge to me. More

I was never pressured and both sales people allowed me the experince of driving a number of different ford and mercury models. I researched the ford fusion and spoke with a number of people who owned one. I was impressed with the information I got. I had some very specific requests for instance I wanted a car with a moon roof and I wanted a V6. The biggest plus about the two salespeople is they allowed me time to figure out what I needed and they found the perfect car for me. I think I was in the showroom 6 or 7 times before I was ready to make my decision. I also qualified for 0% financing which was extremely financially helpful. They hung in with me never getting annoyed as I changed my mind a number of times. The result was a car I really liked and enjoy driving, down to the color that I wanted. Buying a car when you are not really prepared for the purchase is stressful enough yet this was a pleasant and productive experience. It is because of the salespeople and they deserve an A+ rating.
