The best experience I have ever had at a dealership I was in the market for a gently used mustang- wanted a convertible stick GT premium (there were 3 within 500 miles of me in NJ). We handled everything online, and dealing with Barbara was seamless and enjoyable. Everyone at the dealership was enthusiastic, polite, and not a single person was pushy at any point. I’ve bought dozens of cars, and this experience was the single best I have ever had. I have to give a personal shoutout to both Barbara Dew and Mike Mans, I dealt with the two of them and I’ve never dealt with anyone as honest and straightforward as either of them. Lombard Ford has a special group of people working for them they truly are a level above everyone else. At risk of sounding like a broken record, I can’t stress enough how different this experience was than any other I’ve had at any dealership (jeep, dodge, ford, Acura x3, Chevrolet x2, Audi, bmw, vw, hummer, Honda, Toyota, and a used Lexus, and I’m probably forgetting a few). I live 2.5 hours away from Lombard and I will drive there every single time I need another car. I can’t say enough good things about Lombard Ford- don’t waste your time or patience elsewhere- just go there! More
