Lombard was awesome. They assisted me in the entire experience and helped with the many questions that I had, especially buying from out of state. They recommended carriers if I needed for transport and overnighted me documents with very clear instructions. They've been in constant contact with me and been patient while I've learned the experience of buying a car out of state when they sell cars out of state all the time. I would definitely recommend them for purchasing cars based on their service as well as their knowledge and being informative and honest along the way. When you buy a car 1500+ miles away, its nice to know that they understand but also know what they are doing. Thanks for being awesome!! More

We handled everything online, and dealing with Barbara was seamless and enjoyable. Everyone at the dealership was enthusiastic, polite, and not a single person was pushy at any point. I’ve bought dozens of cars, and this experience was the single best I have ever had. I have to give a personal shoutout to both Barbara Dew and Mike Mans, I dealt with the two of them and I’ve never dealt with anyone as honest and straightforward as either of them. Lombard Ford has a special group of people working for them they truly are a level above everyone else. At risk of sounding like a broken record, I can’t stress enough how different this experience was than any other I’ve had at any dealership (jeep, dodge, ford, Acura x3, Chevrolet x2, Audi, bmw, vw, hummer, Honda, Toyota, and a used Lexus, and I’m probably forgetting a few). I live 2.5 hours away from Lombard and I will drive there every single time I need another car.
