I saved substanially over the prices quoted by both the Ford dealer who sold me my Explorer and the Lincoln dealer who sold me the MKX. They will be my go to dealer for ESP and EMP for Ford and Lincoln vehicles in the future. More

Upon finding an online ad for a similar vehicle, I contacted Lombard Ford in Connecticut to inquire if they had a vehicle with my desired specifications. My call was answered by Barbara Dew, who was not only courteous and patient but also very diligent in keeping me abreast of her vehicle search results. Even after I informed her that I had several dealerships looking for the same vehicle, she was still adamant that she can find the car which I wanted. Several minutes later, she informed me that she had located the car within a new shipment of vehicles that Lombard Ford was getting and that even though the car was not in the system, she was sure it meet my qualifications. Surely enough, over a few days, we were able to verify the vehicle. Barbara was a god-send in this process. Every question was answered, every inquiry addressed, and all worries satiated. When it came to financing and registration, Mike and Mary were likewise helpful in explaining all my financing options, getting the paperwork to me overnight, and informing me of all the subsequent steps required to receive my vehicle.
