Toyota Owners Beware… August 12, 2025 Brought my RAV4 in for the 5000 miles service. My husband being the untrusting person he is, removed the right rear tire valve stem cap to make sure tires were actually for the 5000 miles service. My husband being the untrusting person he is, removed the right rear tire valve stem cap to make sure tires were actually rotated, expecting to find the tire with the missing cap moved to another position or the cap replaced. We waited a couple hours for tire rotation and multi point inspection, which was fine until they brought us the car and the cap still missing on the right rear tire. When we brought it up to the service advisor Zoe, she had another advisor come out who tried to convince us the tires had been rotated but the tech Irvin would only replace the caps in the location they were removed. My husband wasn’t buying it so we talked to the Service Manager Jesse Salinas. He said he understood our concern and that he would review the camera footage, get back with us and forward us the video proof the tires had actually been rotated. So as of today the 23rd, we have not received any calls, emails or contact in any way. Which can only leave us with the opinion that Lonestar Toyota is not trustworthy of our future time, future service or future business. More
No attention to detail. Mounted 4 New Tires and Balanced and other maintenance. When we got the car back, I drove around your lot and looked at the tire pressure, I found Mounted 4 New Tires and Balanced and other maintenance. When we got the car back, I drove around your lot and looked at the tire pressure, I found that 3 tires showed 35 psi and 1 showed 41 psi. If I would not have checked it, it would have ruined my brand new tires which I spent almost $1,400.00. Also this is the second time that they did not topped off my Windshield Wiper Fluid. Explanation I got from the Service Manager we’re not satisfactory. More
Even though I purchased a vehicle another dealership. They still provide the exceptional service to all Toyota owners. I had few minor problems they were able to fix it without hassle. Took my Tacoma for service…within 40 minutes all were done…and very reasonable price. They use Toyota recommended parts and fluid…I have been using before and continue to do so…very cordial and honest. done…and very reasonable price.
