Have heard they recommend work that doesn’t need to be done. I came in for a oil change and left with a bill of over $1840. The work may needed to be done. I trusted the service agent and he assured me th done. I came in for a oil change and left with a bill of over $1840. The work may needed to be done. I trusted the service agent and he assured me the work needed to be done. My feeling is that their prices are very high. The dealership is like a ghost town. Almost vacant. Could be the lack of cars due to a chip shortage but could be consumers find better places to have their service done. More

This was my second time dealing with Kole. He is always pleasant and professional. I was taken back with him today . He under quoted me on a battery and stuck to his word.
