I’ve been going to this dealership by myself and with the family for almost 20 years and this is the first time I was asked if I had an appointment o I’ve been going to this dealership by myself and with the family for almost 20 years and this is the first time I was asked if I had an appointment on a Saturday! That’s an open free day to bring my vehicle for service! That was strange!! But now I was serviced and in one shot now I require nine different service request that in my last 13 years with my vehicle was never ask about. But now just to be petty my maintenance required light was not turned off/reset, so not complaining but somehow it seems that they are trying really hard to get services done more often than required or once you get a vehicle that is as old as mine to either be milked for money/service or just finally be told I need thousands of dollars worth of maintenance done now!!! More

My son contacted this dealership, and got hold of Kevin. I asked my son to get a out the door (OTD) amount. The amount we were quoted was the amount we paid, not a penny more. I was interested in a pre-owned Volvo SUV that showed available online and inquired about it. Melissa Aguirre reached out making it seem as if it the SUV was available and set up a time for me to come in available online and inquired about it. Melissa Aguirre reached out making it seem as if it the SUV was available and set up a time for me to come in and drive it and said it would be ready for when I came in, turns out that the suv got sold the day before and tried to offer a similar SUV. I left the dealer immediately. It is of upmost disrespect and unprofessionalism to flat out lie to a customer just to lure them in. YOUR TACTIC DID NOT WORK and lost a customer forever. I drove an hour to come to your dealer just to be faced with disappointment and liars. You wasted my time. Kevin, Jaime and Melissa knew what the situation was and decided to not be transparent. Anyone trying to buy cars from this place, make sure it is indeed available before you waste your time coming and finding out that the vehicle was already sold. You lost a premium customer. More
