My car was tow today because it died and wouldn’t start. Upon arriving at the dealership I was immediately approached by Michael in the service dept, he was polite, professional and very quick to ta start. Upon arriving at the dealership I was immediately approached by Michael in the service dept, he was polite, professional and very quick to take care of my situation which required a battery replacement. I asked him to check what other service my car needed and he showed me what all was required to keep the car up to date on maintenance. While it was all going to be too expensive at the moment he suggested the most important repairs to which we both agree. He had the car done pretty quick and I was very happy. I was pretty estresa when I arrived. He also had the car washed. Thank you Michael and Toyota. I bought several cars from that dealership since it first open under different owner. More

Absolutely terrible experience. Worked out a deal with the sales team, had all the numbers finalized and in writing, and management came through trying to double the price in a jumble of numbers trying to the sales team, had all the numbers finalized and in writing, and management came through trying to double the price in a jumble of numbers trying to pull one over. Luckily I had the capacity to go through and break down their nonsense, and they still refused to honor the original negotiated agreement. Even when I broke down the numbers for them to highlight where they were wrong and that I wouldn't fall for their duplicity, they still refused to acknowledge their duplicity. The sales manager stayed that he didn't like the deal and refused to honor it. The fact that they had the audacity to commit to a deal in writing and immediately renege on it highlights the character of this dealership. Incompetence at best, but more likely indicative of negotiating in bad faith and their predatory nature. Would never recommend to anyone. Waste of time. More
Terrible service. Waited for over 2 hours for them to fix something Toyota of Plano did not fix. When I tried to get a replacement car so I could at least work today and not waste time at the dealership, the something Toyota of Plano did not fix. When I tried to get a replacement car so I could at least work today and not waste time at the dealership, they refused to give me one. I had proof of insurance, my license, and a credit card. I bought a brand new 2021 Camry and it has not even been 2 weeks and already I’ve taken it to the dealership twice since the first time, they ignored the problem. The employees at Lone Star Service have an attitude problem!! I know the car being defective isn’t their fault. However, why can I not get a car in the mean time so my livelihood isn’t affected? Made no sense. First off, don’t buy a new 2021 Camry SE...the fuel pumps are on recall and it will cause your engine to shut off while you’re driving...oh yeah, that happened twice! not worth the time, frustration, or the car. You are better off getting a used Lexus for the same amount of money but better quality car. Lesson learned—do not deal with Toyota of Plano or Lone Star. Side note: the car was towed to lone star instead of Toyota of plano(where it was purchased) because Toyota of Plano did not give that option and if I wanted it to go there, it would’ve been me that paid for the tow 🙃...makes so much sense. More

In 2020 the customer service here is deplorable.
