My car consultant, Bruno, went the extra mile from first contact until I shook his hand and drove off. The sales process at Long is a breath of fresh air after weeks hunting for a vehicle and experiencing every flavor of deception, omission, high-pressure, and carefully orchestrated tactics. Not at Long. No hidden fees form beginning to end. No dramatic trips back and forth to management offices and no waiting games.
